Coach ACC ICF Member ICF Global e ICF Switzerland Volunteer Business Professional Women: Mentoring students Università Svizzera Italiana

I am an ACC ICF coach (associated with the International Coaching Federation), a trainer (FSEA2) with a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. I have worked in several professional fields and taken on different roles. I have also studied and worked abroad. In the past I was associated with the CIPD Ireland (Chartred Institute for Personnel Development). I have been active in the world of coaching since 2019.

I have always been interested in supporting people development, their individual and professional growth, and facilitating the enhancement of individual talents. For several years I have been dealing with the professional reintegration of unemployed people, young people, women, managers accompanying them with taiored paths adapted to their particular needs.

What is my mission as a coach? I put my professionalism, my life experience and my sensitivity at your disposal to facilitate your personal and professional development and growth. I help you find achievable goals and achieve sustainable wellness goals. I help you facilitate change, transformations, innovations through a calm, creative accompaniment always modulated to your needs and your timing. In compliance with peculiarities, and in collaboration with clients, I support them in the creation of paths, action and development plans (tailor-made) and at the desired pace, using differentiated tools and functional approaches.

What is my coaching vision? Believing in human beings, in the support of diversity and in the possibility of giving a positive turn to one’s existence. Facing challenges and difficulties with seriousness, calmly, with a pinch of lightness and self-irony. Knowing how to be empathetic, open to meeting others, knowing how to accept and move towards changes, transformations. Be resilient. To be the protagonist of one’s own life, an actor of one’s psycho-physical well-being and one’s future. To make challenging journeys supported by courage, self-confidence, the motivation to be able to carry out one’s projects, willing to get back up after failures.

I am always fascinated by constant professional updating and always curious to discover new horizons, new destinations both as a coach and as a person.

During the coaching sessions it is my intention to give:

  • A safe, protected space
  • Maximum degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Empathy, support and respect
  • Curiosity about people and their potential
  • Flexibility, openness, ability to accept great challenges
  • Clarifications, explanations, insights
  • Use of a wide range of approaches, tools, techniques
  • Creativity and calm
